My transformation journey began during a life-changing Nordic sauna experience at Cedar & Stone Sauna in Duluth. This sacred pause awakened me to a deeper relationship with myself, teaching me to breathe, slow down, and truly honor my body’s wisdom. What started as a simple practice became my sanctuary, guiding me away from burnout toward a relationship with my body built on self-trust rather than force.
